Several years ago R&R fabricated and installed our countertops in our home in alexandria. The quality of service and professionalism we received at that time was perceived as standard for the remodel, it being my first. Now several years later, in a new home, in the Baton Rouge area, I’m having a very similar remodel done by an established interior design and hardware business who contracted a well known countertop fabricator/installer out of New Orleans. I now realize how absolutely amazing R&R was, and I assume still is! In comparison, these other overpriced clowns are amateurs at best. Careless, sloppy, unorganized, unprofessional and slow a.f.! R&R completed the previous install in half a day with no issues. The clowns I got now started their install a month ago, riddled with problems and mistakes, and presently with no completion date in sight.
R&R is the real deal! Regretting not attempting to convince them to take on this remodel in BR..
Thank you R&R for being good at, and taking pride in the work you do!

They are always very friendly and welcoming when we visit their granite yard. Tasha is definitely an asset to the company and always helps me make the best selections and keeps me in budget! All of their staff are professional and they always do a great job!

I've never been treated worse in 60 years. Drove up to the shop and was never aknowledged even after 45 mins. They were not that busy yet having attempted to get any employees attention, was completely ignored. How they have a business license is baffling. An entire business that ignores a potential buyer (and I already had a sample,) can only be described as completely unprofessional, rude, and inhumane. As a business owner myself, I cannot fathom treating a stray animal with such indignance ,much less a potential client who wasn't even offered a good morning.

R&R Tops are THE BEST. The entire process was wonderful. Tanya helped us select our stone, edges and gave us an accurate estimate. The install was done perfectly and I am in love!! My kitchen is amazing!
