We have used their services for years for our 40kw mobile generators. Great people, well ran business and highly experienced also!
I have been in contact with GPS for more than a month now. Calling, asking for them to take a look at my generator. Every week i am told that they will get to me "this week", which as you can imagine, never happens. I haven't been updated in over two weeks because they are too busy with a bigger job.
It's fine if you can't work for me because the job is too small, but stop stringing me along and telling me you will get to me "by the end of the week" every week so I can get with a company who will make time for my job.

Unreliable! I spoke with the owners daughter 2 weeks ago about purchasing a generator. She said a 3rd party electrician would call me the following week. NOBODY called. I called again and talked with another woman who said she would have the owners daughter call me back. A week later NOBODY called. I called again same woman gave me several excuses of why this happened. Someone was sick and someone else was out of the office. I understand sickness but the least you could do is call your customer and let them know. If it is this hard to spend 20k to become a customer I can only imagine it getting worse after they have collected the money and blame the 3rd party electricians for being sick.
