We love our new pool! The staff is very easy to work with and the process is surprisingly simple. They drew out exactly what we wanted and brought it to life in a couple months. They kept us informed with everything going on and when we had a question they were a text away. Highly recommend!
I have several issues from when we had pool built until now. When we purchased pool we were told to call or text with any issues or questions. Well I have contacted the owner with questions about pool equipment not working right. Once he texted back it was like he didn’t want to help. We have a pool that we can not control. The water turning green, cleaner not turning on, pool pump issues, chlorine pump issues.
Do not use this company they act like a friendly family business until they get your money then your forgotten.

The end product was what we wanted and the vision was achieved. Taylor and his team did a great job with the pool from start to finish. As with any project, there are unforeseen things that come up during the process but everything was addressed throughout the construction and handled quickly. We are happy with our pool and can't wait to push Taylor in!

Taylor with Caribbean Pools was excellent and professional. He helped us design our pool and was available during every step of the pool process. His team came in and they gave us the pool that we envisioned. Highly recommend Caribbean Pools!!

Carribean did an awesome job. The pool was built FAST and the quality and workmanship is great. Things I didn't know about, like which pool equipment brands to use, what items are gimmicky and what are necessities, they advised us perfectly in hindsight. You don't know about that kind of stuff until you have a pool. Having a trusted advisor who does a thousand of them and has vetted everything was invaluable. Carribean did what they said they were going to do throughout the entire process. All the trains ran on time. They were a pleasure to work with.

If you’re in the market for a pool, this is the company! Taylor and his amazing crew made our dream a reality in 41 days! The quality and workmanship of his product and crew exceeded our expectations! Taylor’s quick response and calm nature was so reassuring during the whole project! I can honestly say it was truly a great experience to work with such a professional company who did everything and more that they said they would! Thank you Taylor and Caribbean Pools and Landscape! We highly recommend that you chose Caribbean Pools and Landscape to design and build your new pool. We are so pleased with the finished project and equally impressed with the ease of the process. Taylor listened to our must-have list (geometric pool, spa, tanning ledge, etc.) and rendered multiple 3-D plans until it was the perfect design. All of the construction crews throughout the installation were professional and respectful of our property. Our family will be enjoying this beauty of a pool for years to come. Thanks Caribbean!

After meeting with several pool companies, it was easy to choose Caribbean Pools & Landscaping (CP&L) to build our pool. Taylor and his crew were professional, efficient and responsive. With the pool industry exploding during quarantine, he gave me realistic timelines and expectations and let me know what could impact the timelines along the way. He gave recommendations but always allowed me to make the final decision. Taylor truly has the customer's satisfaction and interest as his priority.
Every construction project requires patience and partnership with the company they choose. Unexpected things happen (such as a record setting number of hurricanes with 90 days) so choosing a reputable company who is easy to work was critical. Everyone (including CP&L) wants their pool completed ASAP with no delays and exactly how they imagined it. If you are patient and understanding with the timeline and trust the company you hired, then you will be happy with outcome!! The pool construction for us was 2-3 months but the results will last a lifetime (as will my high regard for this company)
