They have been working on my survey for almost two years. My fiancee and myself have had to do most of the work. They refuse to answer calls alot of times and make you show up in person. I am to the point of reporting to BBB and calling a lawyer.
Love recommending this place to my clients! They are always in good hands

It took them over three weeks to survey my land. They never answer the phone. I called multiple days in a row calling nonstop and still never got a hold of someone.If you’re wanting someone fast or need to actually speak to someone go elsewhere. I don’t see how they get business if they never answer the phone.

The owner is completely unprofessional. After paying in full, it was difficult to get any responses. If you can go somewhere else, you should.

Unreliable. Called to discuss a job that I needed completing & was advised approx 10 working days to complete and what information they needed for the task. Emailed the required information same day & followed up with a phone call later on to verify that the email was received...it was. 12 days later I email to enquire about progress, now they require a completed order form (that was never previously disclosed) and 1 to 2 weeks.

The staff is informed and very helpful. The job was done in a timely manner and the results were emailed to me making my survey results available quicker
