Don't waste your time calling these people. I called for them to come out and look at a wall oven. There was a $85.00 service fee which I agreed to, to be taken off if they do the work. While on that same phone call I asked while they there if they could take a look at a wall mounted microwave as well. The technician came out and looked at the microwave and not the oven. Now they want to charge me another $85.00 to come and look at the oven which is why I called them in first place. Needless to say they will not be fixing the microwave or anything else for me. They want me to pay for thier mistake. Unbelieveable.

My heating element went out. My fault my vent was blocked. Service technician came replaced element. Paid him he left I turned on dryer 2 minutes in it quite. Called songy they came and diagnosed the 2 breaks went. Didn't carry the parts. Came back 2 days later replaced the fuse paid him he left. So I dried to dry again error code. Went and bought another dryer. The whirlpool rep. Was there talked to him about my problem. He said it sounds like the wrong heating element. I will not be using them ever again ?

Do NOT use this company. Terrible customer service. Dishonest, missed damage to dryer and tried to blame us. Wasted $800 of mine without a resolution. Save yourself time and money and aggravation of dealing with crooks. Just replace it!

I called and made an appointment to have my range oven knob replaced and my igniter on my front burner replaced. The manufacturer sent the parts, the technician said t that they sent an oven igniter instead of a burner igniter. The technician installed the thermostat and oven knob. My igniter was lying on the counter. I informed him that I was going to send it back so that the company could send the correct one. When the technician left so did the igniter. When I called the person I spoke with said that he said he changed it out. How could he change it when it was still on the counter? All of the old parts were in the box except the igniter. Why would you not put the old igniter into the box and the package if you changed it out? The person I spoke with was adamant about him changing it. Why would you change it when I said I would send it back for the proper part. I have him on camera, couldn’t see the igniter, but my husband said when he left so did the igniter. They think that I am getting another igniter and calling them to replace it is foolish. I have had sub contractors when we built our home to steal materials. ? your parts, take pictures and monitor the process. I will not use them again!!!? you cannot trust people these days.

What a wonderful experience with a company. My 8 year old Samsung Dryer went out this week. I called on Wednesday and they came out Thursday. When the original repair didn't fix the problem, they sent someone out the next day. Eathan did a fantastic job, very polite and good customer service skills. Enjoyed working with everyone and would highly recommend.

Wonderful customer service! I had a 30 year old Spacemaker microwave that fit perfectly in my cabinets, and Nathan was able to bring it back to life for me! Everyone at Songy’s is so friendly, and they worked so quickly to get my appliance problem diagnosed and repaired. They called and kept me posted along the way too. I called Songy for the first time today for dryer service and received same day service which was very impressive. In walks Ethan who was very polite throughout having a tough time with my old dryer but he worked very hard and waited a while to make sure the dryer was running before leaving. He shared great tips, even got up some glass that was behind the dryer and other things. I felt he went over and beyond. And I would definitely call again for any appliance repairs!! Thank you Ethan!!!!
