Highly recommend! I called 3 other places before and they all said they maybe could get me in the same day I called, but they either didn’t call or said they couldn’t come till Monday. The dream team came about an hour after I called and fixed our ac that wasn’t cooling. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dream Team was amazing! From the ladies that took my call to our ac tech. Jared Courson! He came right out and was amazing! Very pleasant, well mannered and very knowledgeable. Most importantly my 2 year grandson loved him! Thank you so much Jared for getting our AC fixed and back running! We will definitely use and recommend the Dream Team!

Moved into my house in Gonzales, Louisiana and one of the AC units was not working. Got a next-day Sunday appointment which the technician resolved in about an hour. They gave me good technical information about the problem and explained my options going forward. Fast scheduling, good tech, good level of knowledge.

The technician that came out today was awesome! Jared was very knowledgeable and professional. That’s about all I can say good about Dream Team Heating and Air! It has been two years and I still have not been provided with our warranty or financial paperwork. You call and get told they will call you back and they don’t! Dealing with them has been a total nightmare.

Dream Team came out super quickly and the technician gave us a diagnosis quickly as well. It was nice to be able to have someone look at it “after hours” when other AC places were closed. From the receptionist who initially helped us to the technician that came out, everyone was super nice and informative!

My A/C broke and I scheduled a technician to come out in which he did. The tech Thomas was pleasant to deal with he was not the problem. He just followed their “rules” I’m sure but was very kind.. I didn’t get an estimate for the repairs just was given a guesstimate of what it would cost to fix my air and also that I would need to replace my whole system. I asked to have a quote for the new system needed so I could begin working on financing once a price was established and the only person who could do that was the supervisor. The tech tried explaining to that to the supervisor and I was basically brushed off by the supervisor who responded to the call bc there was others who had emergencies prior to mine and were with out air(I was also out of air with two under 2 but those “others” were priority I am assuming). I paid $189 for nothing. They don’t have an estimate to go off of, just a receipt stating what we “talked” about. I feel ripped off. Needless to say, I contacted another company that night, they came out today and I am getting a new system installed on tomorrow. I do not recommend this company. A refund of my $189 would be nice.

Needed some answers on service and pricing. Contacted the dispatcher (Ms Hannah). She was very helpful and let me speak to the manager (Trey). They both helped me and was able to provide assistance that gave me comfort. Felt as if they really cared about my needs. Even in the middle of a holiday losing air, it was fixed as soon as possible. Everyone with the company was friendly. Chris diagnosed the problem within 5 mins and Thomas fixed it once the part came in with ease. Got my house back cool for the summer. Grateful I chose this company and grateful for the 4 people that were helpful during my time in need. Will definitely be using Dream Team again because of the customer service. Highly recommend Dream Team any time of day, everyday.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Jarred and Connor. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. What I was not pleased with was your call center: I had spoken to Erica several days before my appointment to let you know that I had a dental appointment at 11:30 that day. I was assured that your technicians would come between 1 and 4 pm . At 12:00.I get a text that they were on their way to my home!
