THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE YOUR NEXT PLUMBER! If you are like me and stress about hiring outside help....you can stop looking and hire Cypress Plumbing. The two lovely humans running this company made this process so easy. The fix was fast, affordable, and I will definitely use them again. More details below..... . . . I discovered a small gas leak and had no idea what to do. After a quick search, I found this local company and requested a quote through their website. They responded to the query so fast. They got me on their schedule immediately. They prioritize communication and timeliness; I got a text from them 30 minutes prior to arriving at the house. Spencer listened to my concerns and conducted an assessment of his own. After, he explained to me what he thought the problem was and how he would like to fix it - all WITHOUT man-splaining. He was kind and I felt safe at home alone with him. He needed to get a few parts for the repair and told me he would return that afternoon. Before he returned, I got another text letting me know of his ETA. He took about 20 minutes to fix the problem. He cleaned up the area, re-ignited the water heater, and wrote me an EXTREMELY affordable invoice. I'll be using Cypress Plumbing again FOR SURE! Great job on installing tankless gas heater. I called Thursday morning, he came by and gave estimate that afternoon. He removed both gas tank heaters and installed new tankless Saturday. He even fixed a gas leak in the attic. Great communication throughout the whole process. Thanks!

My water heater unexpectedly stopped heating the water. We also noticed water in the pan. I called and despite the area just having a freeze then flooded areas, they were able to come the next day to assess everything. I needed my water heater replaced- I am not sure if they typically work weekends or not but Spencer purchased the replacement so I wouldn't have to wait an extra week. They came the next morning on a Saturday and very quickly had it replaced. Very friendly people, made everything easy.

Cypress Plumbing has been my go-to for all my plumbing needs. I bought an old house that was in desperate need of a new line to the sewer - a HUGE project, and Cypress handled it all. They are friendly, helpful, and honest people!

It was easy to set up a convenient appointment and get part of my plumbing issue resolved. After I buy a new kitchen faucet the other issue will be taken care of. The plumber was very efficient and did not have a problem with my dog.

We had a problem with the drain from our toilet and I needed a professional plumber. I called Cypress plumbing and they were able to work me in that afternoon. Spencer was very professional, arrived on time and kept me informed as he worked. He cleared the drain; the price was fair and reasonable. I definitely recommend them! Thank you Spencer and Delilah.

Cypress Plumbing recently did a pretty extensive plumbing job for us to find and fix a long-term problem we had with our laundry room drain including rerouting the line to the main drain line outside. In addition, there was covid running rampant and freezing temperatures which both affected their crew. They still took care of us in a timely manner, correcting the problem and leaving things better than the way they found them. I would definitely recommend this wonderful company. D.
