So thankful for Andrew, Chris, and Corey for identifying the cause of our washing machine backing up and fixing the issue. Andrew kept me informed throughout each step. Chris made sure to test the washer with me after the job was complete. And Corey’s attention to detail, like cleaning up afterwards to not leave any debris was so appreciated. Excellent service. Andrew and his partner were professional, efficient and friendly. They even took a few extra minutes to look at my water heater after installing two new toilets. I would also like to mention that Jakes was the ONLY plumber I could get out to my house on a Saturday on a different occasion to fix a main line water leak. Sheila in the office was also a great help with making sure the dimensions of the toilets would work in my bathroom. I highly recommend this company for not only their quality of work, but their competitive pricing as well. Thanks Jake's !!

Water all over the floor is nothing nice to wake up to. I had a pretty tricky repair needed and the last thing I needed was difficult people and pointless repairs. The team at Jake's were such a relief to deal with. On the first trip, they couldn't pinpoint the leak however they did refer me to the right team to find it. Once the leak was found, the workaround wasn't simple. The office was quick to fit me on the schedule and pleasant to deal with. They got all paperwork for insurance and warranties as soon as information was coming in. Cory and Prentice showed up at the house. They were very polite and respectful of property. I watched them strategize where they cut, how they cut and how they could minimize the repair for me. Those guys definitely make a good team. When they found that the problem was more complicated than we all thought, they contacted the office and Jake called to make sure I knew what was going on. Watching this team work from the owner, the office and field crew was impressive. If you want a team that gives their best effort, has great communication and actually cares, call Jake's. I sure know I will.
