Kevin really came to impress and brought his A-game for an excellent experience. I was greeted with a charming smile and a professional yet comfortably casual demeanor. He was open and transparent about the service and costs, and walked us through everything he was doing and why. I had a very challenging plumbing issue, and even though he wasn’t able to completely remedy the problem he kept at it for 3 hours outside in the heat, and even crawled under the house to check other pipes in order to narrow down what the issue might be. Only after he had exhausted every option within his capability did he reluctantly call it a day, and immediately made us an appointment for the next day with a colleague who he believed had the equipment and expertise in order to really get to the bottom of our issue. After ALL that; covered in dirt, sweat, and who knows what else he expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to try to solve this challenge and learn from it, and packed his equipment up with that cheerful demeanor never having dulled the entire time. (Even better; there was no charge due to the inability of the situation
I myself am a physician and I recognize in Kevin those qualities that make a great physician: compassion, empathy, intelligence, a passion for the work, a love of learning, insightful diagnostic skills, and rapport-building skills that give people the comfort to trust that doctor with their lives.
I am honored to have had the privilege of meeting such an exemplary person today.
Mr. Tony came out the day of the service call. He was very professional. He was even patient with my son who wanted to help. I am very thankful to have running water again!

Representative went the extra mile to service every step to completion. He even cleaned up any mess afterward! I am very impressed and would strongly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone.

My experience with Roto rooter was exceptional and the tech that came out ,Leonard (7714), was very kind and was happy to explain the issue I had with my drain. The process and transaction was quick and smooth. He came in a timely manner and I felt very comfortable with him in my home and I would recommend Roto rooter to friends and family because of my awesome experience.

The guy Andrew that came out to help me within an hour on a Sunday afternoon was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly left me feeling like I was take care of. I would call and request Drew again in a heartbeat if I needed assistance with anything plumbing again. Not only did he help me with what I hired him for but he helped me solve another nagging issue that I put off for too long.

Joshua did an amazing job with replacing our hot water heater. He was very thorough and extremely helpful in explaining to us the issues and with the install of the new unit. He was thorough and went above and beyond to assist us. We will absolutely call him again!

The service is quick and professional however, my most recent experience was poor. During the excavation process (digging under my home) to remove and replace a "drum trap" technicians plugged up my air conditioning condensate line with mud so water wouldn't leak into their work area however they failed to inform myself and the tenants who continued to run the A/C causing water to back up into the house and damage floors in the hallway. I've informed the technicians and called the admin office but haven't heard back from anyone. I'm guessing damage caused by Roto-Rooter isn't covered by company policy which is unfortunate being you will pay a premium price. I was charged over $8k and ended up with damaged floors costing me another $4k.
