The folks at Acadian Custom Cabinets are top notch artisans. Not only do they provide a full-scale custom design service, they care very deeply about their finished product. We have a new home - made to look old - and the cabinetry that was designed to flow through our house was unique, thoughtful, and built with my particular taste in mind while also lending sage advice, which was often needed. I could not be more proud of my cabinetry and am truly thankful for everyone at Acadian Cabinets -- from the lady that answers the phone, to the guys that built and installed the cabinets. They are the real deal. Highly recommend!

i wanted to like this company...originally talked to Elvis to give info about the job......he was very professional, and attentive to my call..He said he would send someone out to evaluate the project...he did so in a very timely manner....His employee, Bert, came, took measurements, was very precise, and seemed knowledgeable...he sent me an estimate, i approved it, we set a date to do the work, and all was well....it went downhill from there....the date came and went...i have called and texted with no reply, at least 6 times...my last text was to ask if he would just tell me if they didnt want my business.......no reply......it is now a month later...i can only say, be careful what you see up front...the final product seems to be a mystery....would never recommend!!!!

We had used this company to develop and install all of our kitchen cabinets in 2018. The workmanship and quality were great, however it took forever (at least two weeks) to get them to call back, each time we called. Recently we dealt with Elvis (apparently the owner). We needed cabinets built and installed for our utility room and bathroom. Because it took so long for Acadian to even respond to our calls (5 or 6 messages to Elvis; a week and a half for PJ - doing the estimate - to call back), my husband began work on the adjacent garage. We called Acadian to do the bathroom ASAP but hold off, temporarily, on the utility room. Aside from the fact that Elvis said it would cost significantly more to do it that way, he said it would 4-6 weeks before they could install the bathroom cabinet (one small vanity).
We decided to use a different cabinetmaker; each time we attempt to engage Acadian it takes so long to get a response, we think “I guess they don’t want our business.” Apparently, they don’t!!! Five-star work; one-star (or less) customer service!!!

We bought our cabinets 3 years ago and the still look like new ,working with them to get my design ideas was awesome ,I would highly recomend them .

Just left my consultation for our new home and am impressed with their customer service and quality. We were able to see samples of cabinets and mantle, and we were able to see a visual of our cabinets on the screen in front of us. We added some upgrades and the price was fair. We left even more excited about our new home!

I would never ever use this company! Poor Quality for a high price. Once they get paid, they are done with you. The cuts on the wood look like they used the dullest blade they could find. Across the edges of the raised panels it is full of pits...highs and lows. The cypress cabinet tops are really rough. Very dissatisfied. They put my bar in place and didn't even level it, so my down draft vent for my stove top wouldn't even work, b/c it has to be perfectly level to operate. One end was off 3/8 of an inch. They never came back. We had to get the granite person to level it, by placing shims under it. Now the builder says they are going to have to run a shoe molding all the way around my bar to hide the huge gap. If the cabinet people had leveled the bar to begin with, I wouldn't have this problem. I have cabinets on either side of my fireplace, and on one of the cypress tops, there was a huge knot hole. Well apparently it fell out when they were making it so they filled it with 1 inch diameter of wood filler, which of course, did not stain anywhere near close to the same color. The trim around one of the raised panels were cut with a big blade width gash in the trim. They tried apparently to fill it with putty but didn't even fill it half way and sold that mess to me. Guess they hoped I wouldn't notice. Some of the doors are split. I have never seen such poor quality. I took my builder's advice to use these guys, but am very sorry I did. The owners are very nice to deal with until you have complaints. However, Chaney, the guy who drew the 3 D drawings was always nice, and pleasant.
