Our A/C of only a couple years old quit working. We called Glaze, as the person that installed the unit is retired now. The service was amazing, from calling and talking to Ashton to get a tech out; to the tech showing up on time to diagnose the issue to get the unit working again. Highly recommend for your AC needs.
The installation was smooth, however cleanup was lacking. Water bottles were left around my home, the area rug and chair was not cleaned and a rusty nail and some sort of pipe was also on the area rug. These pictures are after I began vacuuming and realized I would probably need pictures first.

Glaze Heating and Air were awesome! They were the first to respond when my AC went out, gave me a very reasonable quote and did an extremely professional and quick installation. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Super professional and did not try to sell me on anything I didn't need. He checked out my AC and told me everything was fine and the pressure was good. Cleaned it very well. I am happy because last year when I had someone come out they told me my unit was leaking from a different company...... (5 Stars still) Later that night, after the maintenance was completed, it rained, and I noticed a small water leak under the same area as the AC unit in the attic. I wasn't sure if it was related to the maintenance or a separate roof leak. I took pictures and sent them to the company. They responded promptly the next day, thoroughly checking everything and confirming there were no issues.
They assured me everything was in order, so I'll wait until it rains again to see if the leak reoccurs. I want to highlight that at 6:00 AM, after receiving my email, they called me immediately and scheduled an appointment. A technician arrived within two hours. The boss was extremely polite and reassured me that if any further problems or concerns arise, they would send someone out again. You can trust this company 100%.

I was connected to Glaze through Home Depot. I am so thankful, because I saved a good amount of money. Ursula was very professional and pleasant to speak to. It didn’t matter how much I called her, she never got frustrated. Dean Glaze was also amazing, he seemed very excited about his work and to be of service in getting my coil replaced. It took them approximately 5 minutes to verify my warranty and call me back with my quote. Brandon, a fellow veteran came out with an assistant to replace my coil and recharge the unit. He was so respectful, considerate and accommodating. He explained what they were going to do, let me know when they were finished and set proper expectations as far cooling was concerned. Choosing Glaze Heating & Air was the best decision that I could have made. I will absolutely recommend them and their service to anyone in need. “A customer for life.”

The experience with Glaze heating and air was awesome. They really do appreciate and value loyal customers. I’ve been with them for few years. They helped me out of a “ hot “ situation when I really needed it. My house a/c was down. They fixed it for me and let me pay 2 weeks later when I got paid. That’s why I won’t leave and go to another a/c company. They treated me like family n kindness when I real needed it. It shows they are truly god fear n loving people. Thank you to the owners of Glaze heating and air!!!

This whole experience has been phenomenal. From my estimate to the installation was perfect. I especially admire the young professionals that did the actual work. They displayed all qualities that goes with great customer service. I will definitely refer anyone that I know that needs your services

Glaze is always prompt and efficient. I called in the morning with my air out and they had someone to me that same day by lunch! The problem was fixed at a very reasonable rate. We always get the best service and work from Glaze. I highly recommend them!

Glaze replaced my old system and ducts. Showed up with a great crew and knocked it out. They seemed knowledgeable about all the various aspects. I liked that they were concerned the old system wasn't moving enough air and added additional returns and outlets. And they even added small ducts to the master bedroom closets. The new system is working great and feels better than my old system ever did and is so quiet. I'm hoping it continues to feel great as we transition from spring to summer temperatures. Was also happy with the outside work they did around the unit ensuring water drains away from the system.
