Mr. Ken was great! He was very easy to get in touch with and very knowledgeable in all of his products. The whole process from picking out our blinds to install was seamless. Our blinds look great and were just what we needed. I would highly recommend Mr. Ken and Made in the Shade Blinds!
Ken and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. He made the process very easy and was extremely easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions. the product is very well made. My wife loves the blinds he recommended.

I am so pleased with the quality from Made in the Shade, Ken showed such patients in my decision making and then professionalism at installation time. It was a pleasure doing business with Ken and would gladly recommend him to other looking for window treatments.

Very impressed with the service provided by Ken. He did an in-home consultation with samples and helped customize what would best fit the design in my house. He is very knowledgeable and answered any questions/concerns I had. Will definitely be recommending Ken and Made in the Shade!

Ken with Made in the Shade was absolutely amazing!! He was always quick to respond to my emails, helped me understand everything there had to do with picking out new blinds, and even installed them the day they came in. Awesome guy, awesome work! I highly recommend him!
