Late last Saturday, July 6th, my A/C stopped blowing cold and the fan on the unit stopped turning. I put in a call to Duggan’s and Richard was at my house in well under an hour. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had the part needed on his truck to fix. My house was cold before it had time to get warm from the Unit being off. I really appreciate the service, the know how and the friendliness of Duggan’s. Thanks y’all!

Our central AC starting blowing hot air on a Saturday evening. Within 1 hour of calling Duggan’s, a technician arrived on site and replaced the broken part. That’s what I call fast service! Great service!! Called this company to fix my mother's air conditioner. Richard responded shortly after I called and said he would be by my mother's in about 15 minutes. He was very prompt and immediately found the problem and fixed it. He was extremely professional and resolved the issue in a timely manner. He offered a contract to come service the unit twice a year and we took advantage of that. Richard was very friendly and got the job done rather quickly. I highly recommend using Duggan's AC & heating! You will not be disappointed, I reassure of that! If you're having any issues with your AC, don't waste your time on other companies. This was my first time using Duggan's. Richard came out to answer the service call. He not only addressed the requested service, but he also took the time to answer my questions with patience and even explained other services they provide without over selling me on anything. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. Turns out they provide an annual service contract that is almost half the rate of some of the other companies and he gave me very good information that fit MY personal needs. I will definitely do business with them again.
