Extremely helpful. Not only did they provide the products we needed but they were also very resourceful in helping us to find reliable contractors for services they did not offer.

Their very unprofessional. It took us forever to get ahold of them and get them to send someone out. Because they would not return phone calls. And then they did not tell the people who was coming out to do the work that it was inground pool. So they said they. Could not replace the liner.

I'm a long time customer (25 plus years). I have been dealing with Mr Bobby for all of the (25 plus years) and have gotten to know him well and proud to call him a friend. He has taken care of my pools all these years (on my second one). Bobby is a kind and very knowledgeable guy with many years of pool experience. In the early days of my pool owning years I visited other pool shops and was very disappointed. Do yourself a favor and visit Billiot Pools and Spas. You won't regret it.

Mr. Bobby was extremely helpful as he guided us through our second pool purchase. He is polite, gathers information in a timely matter and is always prompt on returning calls. He does what he says that he will do, never disappoints his customers. If every business was run like his, success would be immediate! We will never shop any of our pool or spa necessities elsewhere! Just called this location & the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude & hung up before I could finish my questions. That's good he showed his hand before I spent any money with their company. I do not recommend doing business with this company!

We thought we were hiring a full maintenance pool service. We needed our pool cleaned and filled which was $250. We were not made aware that the treatment that goes inside of the pool was separate. We are now being told that in order to have complete pool maintenance we have to bring them a sample of our water so that they can mix the proper solution to put in the pool and pay a separate fee. Things would have been so much smoother if their process was explained to us. The pool guy talked with my consort and he never mentioned anything about treatment being separate from the service that we ordered. This is our 1st pool and our 1st service and this company failed to offer customer service expected of a full service pool maintenance company. They have inconvenienced our day and we won't ever use them again.
