Very prompt service. Trey was polite and got to work immediately. There were 2 pipes under the house that broke and 1 in the ground in the backyard. He crawled under the house repaired the pipes while a snake watched him the whole time - no kidding. Capped off the pipe in the ground after making sure it was not needed. Thank you.

Greg Wadsworth was our technician today. He completed a full summer maintenance and diagnostics. He checked the system thoroughly inside and outside and also checked the attic. Greg explained the condition of everything he checked and assured us that all was in good working condition. He did make some recommendations and advised he would email what he did and discussed. Foulks sent one of their three plumbers, Joshua, out to service my backed up sewer line. He was prompt, polite, and most importantly prepared. While they couldn’t resolve the issue completely on the first attempt, they were able to provide a solution that was expedient and acceptable. After scheduling a sewer line replacement, he returned two days later on the 4th of July and they worked from 7:30am to 11:30pm on what turned out to be a complicated line replacement, due to horrible positioned lines and tie ins that were not on the blue prints or expected. We were highly impressed with their work ethic and commitment to a quality job, and highly recommend them to anyone.
