Michael Silvestri is the best technician that worked for at Arrow termite and pest control. I’ve been with them for over 30 years. I’ve had technicians that were rude. I’ve had technicians that never showed up and I am extremely glad that Michael is now my technician from Arrow.
When we bought the house we inherited a termite contract with Arrow. I have been impressed with their service. They keep in contact about the schedule and have online options for bill pay. Chris C was just out and he was super friendly and gave advice on an issue he wasn't treating.

Duane was my service guy. He was very kind hearted and knowledgeable about what had to be done. He informed me that someone would be contacting me about closing off the vents in my attic to keep the squirrels out. Thank you Duane for your kindness to this senior!

Daniel did an excellent job when servicing my home for the quarterly service that was due. He was very professional and courteous. He did a very thorough job.

Justin at Arrow is great and he's done a fantastic job setting up our termite control system. He even showed up one time when we didn't call him! But seriously, they are very professional and provide an excellent service at a fair price.

Technician damaged gate and fencing when forcing his way into my locked back yard. Office will not respond about damages to property either.
Update: I emailed the contact provided last friday with all the information. Waiting on their response now.
