After two months of having my chainsaw they destroyed it and more than likely will never work again would not recommend bringing anything to be fixed at this shop despite all the good ratings I've seen
Dealer does not stand behind their products. They only refer to manufacturer for support. Might as well go to lowes.
Bought a chainsaw in Sept 2021. Sent a chainsaw back for service in Oct 2021. As of July 2022 it's still in their queue to fix. They got parts several months back and each time I call they claim that they don't have any technicians.
If you buy equipment from them, don't expect them to be able to provide any support. You are on your own.

Great customer service. The two ladies at the counter knew better than I did what I needed. Very friendly, best customer experience in New Orleans yet after 6 years of living here.
