GenPro was great to work with. They were quick to come out to begin the process. They followed up quickly. Timeframe and price quoted were accurate. Service group on install and since are knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this company for a whole home generator.

We used GenPro after extensive research into a house generator! We purchased the Kohler Generator for our home. Tabitha came highly recommended and she was as knowledgeable and helpful as I had been told. She explained the process and everything went as planned. Digerolamo Electric installed the generator in just a couple of hours. Their employees were friendly, respectful, and efficient. Justin went over the generator and explained the weekly testing and maintenance of the generator. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of GenPro!!

Thank you Genpro. Tabitha was wonderful in assisting me in the selection of my home generator. She fully explained your very efficient installation process, from permits to installation, to the initial startup. The electrician, Cory and his staff, and Justin for the intial startup, could not have been anymore professional and courteous as they worked in and around my home. I would recommend anyone to Genpro for generator sales and service.

I had a 26KW installed in August. The project couldn't have been more professional. I noticed a slight issue the other day and sent a message to the service department. I got a quick call from Justin and he promptly set up a service date. He was able to fix the problem while I was at work. He gave me a courtesy call before the appointment, and he updated me while there. I'm very pleased with every aspect of this fine company. I'm even connected to Oncue now!

I am very pleased with my investment in a Kolar 26KW generator from GenPro. The sales person and lead on the project, Tabitha Johnstone, was very thorough in her planning and preparation of the bid. The installation crew leader, Cory Digirolamo, was very professional and the work was done expediently. The startup was handled vey well by Mr Mulky. I feel very confident in the service crew and will rely on them for years to come.
