Easy-ish to work with regarding order on 11 shutters. Timing was elongated but that’s fine. Everything is with COVID. Working with manufacturing was great. Salesman pushed customer (me) to call the shop every time (twice over 9 weeks) an inquiry was made into status whereas I was under the assumption that was the remit of sales. One star off as the affixing screws for all 11 shutters are ~0.125” by unknown length…expected something a bit more robust. Awaiting till actual use for a hurricane or other event to see how they perform and will revisit this post after a year. Construction and paint seem robust.
On 6/26/2023 I purchased a sunroom from CoolVue I was promise work to begin in six week. Didn’t happen only half the material was delivered. When the material arrived weeks later the service start out on a 4 hour a day scheduled. When I complained service picked up.the French door installed was purchased from Lowe’s and it has not work properly and it is 02/07/2024 and the door still don’t work properly. I have email and called the office, my sale person Dave and the owner Dean. I’m am not happy and wasn’t even Offer anything but excuses

Our salesman, Trent Gray, was very good at explaining his product. We had 27 windows replaced in our home by the installers, Ivan & Slava. They worked extremely hard and non stop to get the windows installed. Can't say enough good things about the company, the product, the salesman or the installers. Highly recommend them all.

I had no problems with them coming out to give estimate and take a deposit. Installation done . About a month after installation I called to have someone come out to check one of the shades. The material is creasing as it rilled up. I called several months ago. The lady who answers the phone continues to tell me she is giving the owner the message. I was promised someone would come out last week.
I would never use this company again. Terrible followup and customer service!

Had a job done in May 2020 (car port screened in with 2 doors) but wanted another estimate for a second project and was never contacted back by the salesman. Followed up once and decided to leave it alone. After 5 months my door broke and I had to call 5 times (not exaggerating!) and go in person once to get assistance. This all started in November 2020. As of now, I still don't have my door repaired. They have now missed 2 appointments to come out to repair door. I am livid with the lack of care and responsiveness that this company shows! I've just left a message for the owner to call me back so let's see if he does...I do not recommend this company.
