Steve from All Pro came out to replace the compressor on my refrigerator that had gone out. He'd already had the necessary parts on hand and was very knowledgeable of my fridge and the manufacturer. He was helpful before, during, and after my service visit and I will definitely be calling All Pro for appliance services in the future. Highly recommended
I highly recommend All Pro Appliance Repair. Steve came out to the house and fixed our microwave quickly and the price was right too! I won’t be using anyone else’s services.

All Pro Appliance did several things great.... really great! There was also some disturbing moments. Steve visited my home to repair my washing machine on two occasions. The first time, his recommendation was to try a conservative, economical approach. When it became clear the problem was recurring, he replaced the part which seems to have resolved the problem. I appreciate that he tried a conservative measure first before recommending a costly or unnecessary replacement part. The part has since been replaced and my appliance has been working well. This is the great part. What was disturbing however were inappropriate comments which would have made any woman uncomfortable. I'm pretty tough and can handle my own, but a shy or timid woman might have frightened by comments directed specifically toward physical attributes.

Such a nice guy! He came out at 7:20pm and fixed my refrigerator. I highly recommend him. I give him 10 stars if allowed!

Wish I could give zero stars . Steve the owner is soooooooo unprofessional.He gave me a window form 2-5 I called him approximately 45 minutes to an hour before to reassure the time and I was given the window of 2-5 yet again . I had to leave to take care of an errand and had to leave when he was on the way he called and I reassured him I was on the way but it was a few minutes away. Mind you he showed up around 2 something I was a few minutes away seen him on my home camera and spoke to him telling him I was about 8-10 minutes away he then proceeded to say ok. He left my house without calling or leaving a note of why he was leaving then when I called him he blocked my number without any communication. He is sooooo unprofessional I’ve never had someone do this they would at least call and give a reason why especially when I’ve spoken to him . I wouldn’t recommend him at all . I’m not the only person that has bad experience with him and this was my first impressions. For safety I won’t post the video from my camera but let’s just say I’ll be telling everyone I know about this. I pray he fixes his attitude and professionalism.

They were super knowledgeable and very nice. He had to come back a 2nd time and did not charge us for the 2nd trip. I would highly recommend going with them!

I have used All Pro Service several times. Each time has been wonderful. He is very responsive and quick. He accurately diagnoses the issue and many times has the parts on hand. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

The first time Steve came to my house. He was very nice and on time. I’m not sure what happened. But the next time we needed his services. He gave me a window of 11-3:00pm. He should up at 5:00pm . The last time he came, he called me and gave me a window of 11-3:pm on a Sunday and showed up at 6:15. No apologies for being late. Walked into my house and didn’t even acknowledge my wife. I feel he was very rude.
