Our technician, Elliot, was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. He had our Bosch oven back in business in one visit. We will definitely be using them in the future.
This is a business that you can be sure will treat you right. There were a couple of problems along the way, but the owner of the company saw to it that I was taken care of. There’s nowhere you can go where there won’t be the occasional “oops” so what we all want are businesses with staff and ownership that have the utmost of integrity and this one has it. We had a great experience with contacting the appliance company and scheduling an appointment. They explained everything that was going on with the oven. He was extremely patient with my 82 year old father. I would recommend this appliance company to any customer in the Lafayette or surrounding areas. Job well done.

My washer broke. I was advised by the company who sold me the washer that the part needed was discontinued.
Before I purchased another washer, I called Mr. Appliance for a second opinion and peace of mind. It was worth the reasonable diagnostic charge for Elliot, (great-great tec) to let me know the new part would be $100.00.
I am so excited to have my washer back. Thank you so much!

Wonderful experience with this company! I facilitate meetings all day and cannot take phone calls, so the fact that I was able to schedule and communicate nearly solely by text was incredibly convenient.
The folks who were sent out to repair my clothes dryer were courteous and friendly, gave clear description of the problem, and were considerate of any mess made from the repair.
Tldr: 10/10 will use again.

Our technician, Shane, was courteous and arrived at the appointed time promptly and got right to work. Identified the issue and went over his repair plan and went out of his way to identify and correct a wiring issue overlooked during the installation of the power cord. Even cleaned out some of the dryer lint from the exhaust pipe. Great service.

They replaced a plastic part on the top rack of my dishwasher because it was coming off the the tract and charged $327.66. Large price tag, but was willing to pay it if it would've been fixed the first time and no headaches after that (spoiler alert - multiple issues happened after.
First use after that replacement the dishwasher gave an error code for something wrong that happened with a vent. Another $54.98 to fix that. We've run the dishwasher maybe 2-3 since then and the top rack is coming off of the tract again.
$382.64 later and still having the same issue with the dishwasher.
Yes you heard that right, almost $400 and nothing has changed since before I called them the first time.
Their operating hours are regular business hours when everyone else is having to be at work - not very convenient when they have to come to your house TWICE every time something is wrong (once to look at it and once to fix it). So having to rearrange work/life schedules is another strike against them.
Have a call in to see how they're going to handle the situation, but if it doesn't get rectified this review will stay a 1-star review.

I was absolutely pleased with Mr. Appliance of Lafayette. A technician was at my house the day after I called to make an appointment. I was sent a photo of the technician prior to his arrival, so I knew who was coming to my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and he was able to perform the service after the needed parts came in a few days later. The technician Shane was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We have already recommended Mr. Appliance of Lafayette to our friends.

Great company! Very professional and very helpful with my situation. I will definitely always use them. Called every company in Lake Charles to service my stove (Fargo) from Best Buy, why would you sale an appliance that can’t get serviced. But this company worked with Fargo for parts and did a spectacular job!!!!! Thanks again Tammy!
