Pricing is great. But the way myself and the company I work for was treated by a manager there, we will no longer do buisness there. Nothing but negative attitude from the manager through the whole process. I don't even want to pick up the order just to not deal with the same person

Great staff with a lot of options. Was looking for a certain piece of material unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock. But, they directed me to a different business where I was able to find what I needed.

Purchased floors here about 2 months ago and had a pleasant experience but I needed more flooring but there wasn't enough in stock. I asked an employee if I should pay for it now so it would be ordered and I was assured that even if I didn't, which I didn't pay for the ones that would be coming in, that my order would be placed and that I would receive a phone call. I also was told that when they came in I would pay the same price as before. 2 weeks go by no phone call, so I call and no floors. Cool. No problem. 2 more weeks go by and my friend pops in just to see if they came in, still no floors. Another week I get a call saying the floors are in. Yay! Of course it's rainy, go inside and ask about the flooring but someone different is checking the floors out. When the price rings up, it was more expensive than before so I explained the other employee had told me the price would be matched and I was asked for my previous receipt. A manager was called to check in on the situation and I was rudely told that if a manager was not the person that sold me the previous flooring then there was nothing she (the manager there at the moment) could do about. I had waited a while for the flooring so I just paid for them. I didn't appreciate the attitude.

Unbelievably priced! Cabinets were a quarter of the price. I could not make real wood cabinets for price sold! Great service and experience.

It's a nice wide open space with real friendly, helpful salespeople. Very knowledgeable and looking out for the customers best interest, not just to make a sale. They have a great selection and the prices are the best in Lafayettte

Walked through out the store and not one employee acknowledged me. Yes there were other customers but a good afternoon or we will be right with you would have gone a long way. Items are very reasonably priced.

Don't know why they call it Surplus they should call it expensive Plus because you buy a door with no frame and paid $98 when you can go buy a door with frame molding everything or$105 at Lowe's. And they're very limited on what they have they do have good tile at reasonable price hardwood floor as well I do have to say that.

The cabinets are okay for the price but the service after you buy is horrible. My counter tops were incorrect twice so far!

Upon arriving at Surplus Warehouse, I were greeted by Dylan Thibodeaux. My first impression of the business was that it had few products with not many product choices. Dylan changed that. They have everything you need to complete the inside of a house.
Dylan was complete with his presentation which excluded printouts of the itemized quotes plus computer pictures of the entire kitchen.
I was very pleased with my visit.

Worst service ever. After standing around for over 30 mins I gave up on waiting. I tried to get help and got none. After being ignored every time I left. I've had experience with mobile home supplies stores. 'My grand paw Mitch owned a Mobil home movers

I wish there was a star minus or a way to take away stars.....
I ordered counter tops from here I gave them a drawing of exact measurements that where needed. I received a counter that has a bow in the middle and a bar counter top piece that has a back to, it now we all know a counter with a open bar has no back. (special order you get what they order) if that was not bad enough I also bought over 2000.00 in laminated flooring has not been down for more then a month and it is all separating. All the corners and edges are peeling up. quality just is not there. shop else where. oh in case your wondering why I gave the one star its because you have to add a start to be able to post on on here or I would not have given none at all :( bad business
