On July 2021 I was sent to Southern Bath & Kitchen because my home is being built by Lancaster. (That’s an whole different negative review) Donell was my salesman. Firstly she has very poor knowledge of her inventory. I was sold the wrong item. For example I was sold a two way diverter when I actually needed three way diverter for all of attachments that she sold to me. To make matters worse she didn’t let the contractors knows about my upgrade Items and the bathroom wasn’t plumbed correctly. None of this was caught over the last seven months. Now that my shower is tile and ready to go The builder doesn’t want to back track and tear everything out. It would push us past our closing date. Donell finally admitted to Lancaster by email that it was her mistake. Over the last four days I have been trying to contact her so she can make this right.

Visited this place to pick out a soaker tub and faucet. Found a few that I liked and was told I would have a quote within a couple of days. Never got a quote after 4 days so I called and left a message for the woman that helped me in the showroom...she never called me back. So I waited another week, got transferred to voicemail again, and I left another voicemail for her. It has now been over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a call back or a quote for the tubs and faucets. I don’t norally leave reviews (good or bad) but I felt that my order either wasn’t big enough for them to care or they based it off of my appearance (I had been painting our home so I had old clothes and shoes on with paint on them and my hair probably did too). Either way, I find it rude. Everyone seemed very welcoming and friendly while I was there but the fact that no one ever called me back or emailed me tells me that I wasn’t taken seriously or maybe they just didn’t want my business. I ended up buying my soaker tub, faucet, and plumbing at a different Lafayette store and I am very satisfied that I went elsewhere.
