From the sales representative to the installation team, the entire staff was professional and courteous. We ordered an 18 foot patio shade and were told that it would be approximately six weeks before it would be delivered. The shade arrived as expected and the installation team were efficient and performed an excellent job. We are extremely satisfied with Patio Center and would highly recommend them. The shade has made an enormous difference in reducing the temperature, not only on our patio, but inside of our home as well. We are very happy with the product, the service, and all team members!

The patio cover installers were very professional and courteous. The work was done in a timely manner with complete cleanup when done. Communication before and after the installation was excellent. Good value for the price.

Met with Alex in late Feb or early March about replacing our awning. This was the 4th awning we purchased with Patio Center. We discussed design and installation, and I was given a quote to replace. I agreed to the quote and assumed my awning was ordered, being built and would be ready to install after our construction. When I called for installation, I was told that the order was never placed and would take a minimum of 4 more weeks to build and install. I never received a follow-up call or visit and was never told the awning was never ordered. His only reply (with a big smile on his face) was that we never signed the agreement nor placed the down payment. I've never dealt with a salesman that didn't follow-up with a guaranteed sale especially a returning customer!! If I hadn't used them so many times in the past, I would have told him to keep his awning but manager assured me they would do their best to get our job done.

Our awning covers were replaced by the Patio Center recently. You can tell that the material they used is of the best quality and should last for years to come. The fit and finish is perfect and the installation crew left no trace behind and were very professional.
