First of all Service was great thru the company itself, but the worker wasn't very friendly, He started arguing with me in my home all he talked about was busting my kitchen floor up, which i just replaced and it wasn't appropriate. ? Nick was an amazing dispatch and we communicated very well the whole time I was waiting he made sure I was taken care of so I say thanks Nick and Rotor Rooter for valuing my warranty. I'll use Rotor Rooter just send someone who wouldn't argue with me in my home.

Nick F called when he was on his way to my house for the scheduled appointment. He showed up on time. Very courteous and thorough. Answered all my questions and concerns. Gave me several options for the job estimate. My job will be a major one but needs to be completed. Nick encouraged me to review everything and call him with any questions. We called yesterday, and they set the appointment right away for today. They showed up at the time they specified. Logan was our technician. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Within 15 minutes he assessed the problem, and 20 minutes later, the problem was resolved. He cleaned up the area, before leaving. It was a very easy resolve.
