A+ experience all around. Art was incredible with his explanations, recommendations and communications. He was not pushy in his sales approach and was very patient as we formalized and tweaked our plans multiple times. He understood this was a huge purchase for us and wanted it to be perfect as much as we did. When it came time to actually build the pool, Darren and his crew were fast, considerate and very diligent in the process. All around wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations on all fronts. I highly recommend this team if you are in the market for a pool.
Ms Connie and the staff have been assisting us in maintaining our hot tub, pool, and dolphin cleaner for years. We’ve been extremely pleased with the customer service and timeliness of their service work. They are always willing to help improve the quality of our pool by investing their time to ask us specifics about our pool. When we needed work done on our hot tub their technicians were quick to diagnose the issue and get it corrected. And their service work on our dolphin (while under warrant) was very thorough. Highly recommend them for all your pool, spa, and robot needs.

Thank you to Art Trevino and the Sabine Pools and Spas construction team for the transformation of our pool and spa. Every aspect of the job was done with precision, care and artistry, especially the tile work, antique brick coping, deck resurfacing, and travertine spa. The door to our backyard now opens to a permanent vacation. Thank you, Sabine!

We were in the market for an inground pool after looking at our options and looking at hot tubs we sat and talked with Ms Connie about the hot tubs she was so informative about them and answered every question we had.( she had us lol )we purchased the tub and did not have to think about it. The service after the sale is awesome these people stand behind there products and are always there to answer any questions you my have. Again thank you Ms Connie we love our Hot Springs hot tub.

My husband and I had a vision for what we wanted in terms of our pool design. We had a few neighbors who recommended Art and Sabine and we had had former experience with this company in the Lake Charles office. We are “pool people” as this would be our third pool install. We were already quite knowledgeable about the process but Art gave us guidance in terms of design, materials, and codes for the Youngsville area. He came out to our home a few times for measurements and discussions about what would work best for both our space and our vision. The process itself was so easy and done so professionally. I cannot emphasize this enough. Even when we wanted to make changes, Art did not bat an eye and graciously made the changes we requested. He and the staff at Sabine far exceeded our expectations. We have our dream pool and spa. They are also amazing after the project. We are at the store testing our water and visiting with them often. They know us and our pool and are constantly watching out for our investment with tips and phone calls. Art called us before a hard freeze to let us know that our pool was more than prepared to handle the freezing weather and we needed to do nothing to prepare. The equipment was designed to cope with changing weather conditions. We had no worries. Our pool is gorgeous and unique to our space and needs. Thank you to Art and the staff at Sabine Pools. There is a reason they have been here for so long.

We chose Sabine for our pool project and couldn’t have been anymore pleased with our decision! Great communication from start to finish, great service and quality work throughout the project. Finished ahead of schedule and customer service throughout and after, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. Highly recommend Sabine if you’re considering a pool. 8months after, they still checkin on things and are very helpful with advising us on chemicals needed, freeze protection info recently, general tips for care/maintenance, etc. Very pleased and happy customers! Great experience from the first call, planning, financing, and installation. Connie listened and if something was not perfect she steered us in the right direction to make it all ended up as planned.

Went in to buy a pool. Walked around the desks/counters for almost 5 minutes. Three employees did look at me but not one person even asked if I needed help and these employees were not with customers by the way. So, horrible customer service starting out was an easy reason to simply walk out and go purchase at another place in Lafayette.
