Honestly, the work was fine. But if you want to be treated like a piece of trash by the ancient front desk ladies then bring your car here for repairs. These 70+ year old ladies have the audacity to treat customers like garbage and obviously seem to have no consequences for their actions. I should’ve listened to all the one star reviews before I even brought my truck here
Great Customer Service and my windshield was fixed fast and efficiently.

Very ill mannered service. Was not kept up to date on order, had to keep calling myself for any information. Customer service is almost nonexistent; being hung up on or never getting a call back after being told they would. Finally received the order weeks later, installation was completed and trash was left all over. Quick to charge that same day, but forget getting actual good service or cleanliness.

I called my insurance. Told the insurance company who I wanted to use. Insurance comp faxed the claim to Allied. Windshield came in the next day. So easy!

At first, they were very quick to send workers out to measure my project.
Since then, I followed up at least three times to request a quote for the job, which I never got a response on.
