Mr. Taylor, our technician was extremely professional and proficient. He arrived on time and immediately started diagnosing our unit (we have three). He was able to quickly troubleshoot and isolate the problem, then have it repaired and back running within an hour. I was totally impressed and pleased with the service. In addition, he explained everything that he did along the way, even though I had very limited knowledge of the process or the system as I am a tenant/renter at the location. Hats off to Mr. Taylor. Job well done!
