We worked with Jeremy Owens to do our floors, countertop, fireplace trim and backsplash. He was great. He went out of his way to make sure our new home turned out exactly how we wanted. Excellent customer service. The company stands behind it products. Ricky is a fantastic salesperson with great attention to detail and value for the customer. No need to shop around with a company like Jim Owens Flooring.

the salesman talked down to us and tried to say we didn't know what was right or wrong I believe because we said we would use an independent contractor for installation. I would not go back.

Excellent.The gentleman that help us took his time with us and made us feel appreciated. Won't be anything from BC cabinets they might be the rudest people that don't want to help.

Overwhelming selection! Excellent customer service. Willing to work with you on your project. Only reason I didn't rate it give star is the installation although fast and curious lacked basic creative techniques in design (mostly in transitions) to make the project truly look finished.

I had a great experience. My flooring looks fantastic and the customer service was exceptional. Ms .Debbie was the best, but everyone I met at the shop was professional. The installers were very diligent and had a pride about them. I will be back!
