PLUMBING ISSUE Kitchen sink was not draining properly. When Joel (and Daniel) tried to fix what they had hoped would involve a quick procedure, they assessed the problem to be a broken water pipe in the slab. Not the best news a homeowner wants to hear; however, Joel quickly assembled a team of highly qualified experts to execute a tunneling process in order to change the pipe. Considering a broken pipe can be a nightmare and very costly to replace, I have to say that this was the least stressful, most reasonably priced, home maintenance project I have ever had. TIME FRAME Joel came out on a Thursday, assessed the problem, and completed the entire project by Tuesday afternoon without a glitch. This man works weekends and does not charge the extra (typical weekend ) fee to fix a problem. COST Joel’s prices are very reasonable, especially for the high caliber work he does. He is the true definition of a master plumber and can be reached in an emergency or when a customer has questions about a plumbing issue. Prompt, reliable, honest, and competent are all terms that apply to Joel and his plumbing business. RECOMMENDATION: I highly recommend 504 Parish Plumbing and will only use Joel’s company for future plumbing needs! Kudos to Daniel as well!!

My wife and I were walking in Home Depot and a nice gentleman asked if we were going in for pipe wrap or insulation. We said that we were and he said if we couldn’t find any he would give us some. Home Depot didn’t have any, he gave me his address and told me to stop by and pick up the insulation for pipes. We stopped by his house/business and picked up the pipe insulation, I gave him cash for it and he immediately gave it to one of his employees. Talk about Christmas spirit and goodwill to his fellow citizens. I told Joel that he will be our plumber that we’re closing on a house next week and that he has our business. I told he that I would recommend him to everyone that I know. What a nice man, and I believe things happen for a reason. We were meant to cross paths with Joel today. Joel thank you so much for your kindness.

Had Joel and his team do a new tub installation and add a drip pan to my water heater. Joel was very accommodating to our specific needs and completed everything in less than a day. Was very happy with the results and was very reasonably priced as well.

He is always quick to respond, on time, works with me regarding my work schedule and takes care of the problem the first time out. His prices are reasonable. 504 Plumbing (Joel and Daniel) were lifesavers. I noticed my hot water was out Saturday morning, and I needed emergency plumbing help. Not only did they come out the same day I called, they also replaced and installed a new water heater that day as well. Daniel worked until 10:00 pm to ensure we were all set. I had been quoted $3000 by one plumbing company if I needed a new water heater, but these guys were incredibly fair with pricing. There was no markup on the water heater whatsoever; I was just charged the actual cost of it. So pleased with 504 Plumbing!!!!!

Joel sent Jeremy and Dominick over to install my kitchen sink. They were very nice young men with positive attitudes and very professional. They worked quickly and made sure everything they installed worked properly and that there weren't any problems before leaving my house. I highly recommend Joel and his company.

On the 3rd night of the coldest weather in the New Orleans area, just when I thought we were going to make it through... One of my water pipes burst at 4 am. From that moment on I was calling plumbers... I didn’t get a call back until 9 am and then all I got was we can put you down for Saturday and try to get to you sooner from one and Friday at the soonest from another and so and so on and so on... I called one place that said they could come out today between 2 and 6 pm, but I called one more number, 504Parish Plumbing and Joel said he could get someone out to me today. They had a job ahead of me in NOLA but I would be next. In a space of an hour of calling them (like noon 30ish) my pipe was fixed and I had running water again!!!! Even Joel was surprised, stating, “but then again I have one of the best plumbers there is”. I couldn’t agree more!! The plumbers on my job were courteous, knowledgeable, and quick! The price was reasonable and I am a beyond happy fixed pipe and running water customer!!! Great job 504Parish Plumbing!!! You really saved my day!!!!
