I was having trouble finding someone to come to my home in a timely manner as our water was turned off due to a substantial leak, I called pipes and plugs and the sent someone same day, Nathan Menard came out and found the problem within minutes of arrival, he explained everything that needed to be done in a professional manner and performed the work to perfection, before leaving he asked if there was anything else at all we needed, it was a clean repair no trash left in yard or in the work area, he even cleaned up materials that were left in the hole by the last company. Would highly recommend pipes and plugs and will continue to use them for my plumbing and electrical needs.
Evan and Jordan were courteous and professional. Addressed the problem found and determined further work to be done next week.I was pleased and greatful. Was granted a cash discount which was helpful. Thank you young men for the work you are doing.

I called P&P as we were having issues with the sink and dishwasher draining correctly, they scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Evan and Jordan are the two men that came out and they were absolutely wonderful. They came in with their shoe booties on, found a clog about 50' down the main pipe, took care of the problem with no complaints, and even took time to love on my lil dog. Thank you very much for fixing our drainage problem. I would HIGHLY recommend P&P for ANY plumbing issues...I know that we will be calling them first the next time we have a challenge!!!

The service was fantastic. Andrew was most appreciated for his expediency of the job at hand. I have been a customer of Pipes and Plugs for many years and have come to appreciate their service expeditiously. Thank you Pipes and Plugs and specially Mr. Andrew Hyman for a speedy job.

Zachary and Jaylon was courteous and efficient. They arrived more quickly than we expected when the call was made and told them what was going on. Thanks for being professional, timely, and competent. Would definitely use again and refer them to anyone in need of service. Thanks again.

Caleb and Trey came out and not only fixed my plumbing issue, I got a brand new kitchen faucet installed. The were both professional, courteous and respectful. These guys are highly recommended for your plumbing repairs/replacements.

Caleb and Trey were courteous and efficient. They arrived more quickly than we expected after we called about getting a new water heater and hooking it up.
Thankfully we haven’t had to call Pipes n Plugs too often but when we’ve had to they’ve always been timely and competent.

Had work done by Zach and Jaylon. Very professional and courteous. Definitely work as team players. When my issue stumped them, he reached out for advice from a fellow employee and got pointed in the right direction and found the issue without needing to cut into my wall. True to their website, they were very clean and left my house cleaner than it was. Speedy service too. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Wow! I'm totally blown away with the service today. Evan and Caleb did some amazing work. Evan said that they were aiming to finish for noon, and we were signing papers before 11:15. The aptitude of these young men, and their dedication to customer service, is incredible. Long story short, we needed a power wire run under the house from one side to the breaker box on the other side. We also needed a toilet repair as the tank wasn't filling properly. It was comforting to realize these guys really know what they're doing. The quality of work speaks for itself. Thank you truly! Also, thank you Steven for his guidance with the project. I highly recommend Pipes & Plugs! I'm looking forward to their help in the future if needed.
