Palatial Stone NOLA not only had the best selection, but they were organized and more helpful than the other 8 stores I visited. They even made tile suggestion that other pool tile companies didn't make that made a huge difference in the finished product of the transition from my pool to spa. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Heather was amazing. I had the best experience searching for tile today. She entertained my toddler, helped us find the perfect tile, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the product. We’ll be back!

Just wrapped up my 4th project (two bathrooms) with Palatial Stone, and they are beautiful. Heather was wonderful to work with. Since I didn’t have a deadline, she spent many hours working with me to find the perfect products! Many, many thanks to Heather, and also Paul, Amyre and the installation team. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I needed help with tile and stone selection for a bathroom remodel. We had collaborated with several decorators as well as visited half a dozen other tile venders to help us choose the perfect tile and stone for our job. Unfortunately everyone had fallen a bit short of the mark. I came across Palatial Stone and Tile in my bazillionth google search and I skeptically phoned for help. A designer named Heather answered the phone and we talked about our project. Immediately I recognized a level of professionalism and interest in helping us that we hadn’t experienced with others designers. After a brief chat and sending her a terrible hand drawn layout of the space she stated that she would get back to me. A few days later voilà Heather had come up with the perfect 3 tile and 1 stone combination for our job.
We loved the imagines of the selections but sometimes pictures can be deceiving so we made the 3 hour drive to their location and were blown away by the selection at Palatial Stone and Tile. I would put the store’s selection up against any tile store anywhere. Palatial has such beautiful and unique offerings you have to see it to understand. We absolutely loved working with Heather! She is such a professional and has such a great eye for combining different textiles. Any customer working on a project would be lucky to have access to her.
The bottom line Palatial Stone is a gem! They have a unique and beautiful selection of tile that far exceeded our expectations and their competitors. Heather is such a professional and has such great eye, we truly loved working with her. It was incredibly positive experience all the way around working with Heather and the offerings at Palatial. We will never consider working with anyone else but Heather and Palatial in the future.

I recently remodeled my home. I visited Palatial Stone &Tile to pick out tile.The two young ladies Amyre and Heather assisted me with my final selection of tile. While talking to Amyre I told her the stone I wanted for the countertop I couldn’t find it. She didn’t stop until she found and acquired the stone! Palatial stone went over and beyond! And the work came out beautiful! Thank you for everything!! Please visit them tell them I sent ya lol !!

My home is so beautiful thanks to the staff of Palatial Stone. I could not have done it without them. They have a full service showroom of a variety of stone, tile and more! If you need a decorator that you can trust make sure and call Palatial stone.

I worked with Palatial ordering bathroom tiles and I am very happy I did. They offer a great range of quality tiles. I ordered lighting here as well. Heather was extremely helpful guiding me through the different tile options and ensuring they would be delivered in a timely manner.

Palatial Stone and Tile Company installed my new countertops in my kitchen and did a wonderful job. The company was very professional from beginning to the end of the installation. Mia did an excellent job explaining the process and letting me know what I need in advance before installing the countertops. The job was done in just a few hours, which allow me to use my kitchen.
I love my countertops.
