I actually clean wall to wall carpet for a living . But I don’t do oriental rugs . But Frank at Enriques does . I recommend him to all my customers.His equipment and knowledge of rugs is first class. I know my customers rugs are taken great care of . You will be glad you used Enriques.
Oof, this was not only the worst business exchange of 2021, but maybe of my life. Thinking about how I was treated at this place made me so upset that if I could give negative stars, I would. I’ve never paid so much to be treated so badly.
My rug was clean, but honestly at what cost. I was berated not once, but TWICE, by the owner Frank. Once after I told him I was happy with the service! I would rather fly myself back to Morocco and buy a new rug or transport my current rug to another city than ever interact with such arrogance and misogyny ever again.

The owner, Frank, is a great guy. Best customer service. He has a lot of pride in his family's company and it definitely shows. He will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. I will be doing business with again.
Update. Had to take a star off. I would not recommend the rug repair service. Was told before I agreed to the repair that the rug would look like new. In reality, I got the rug back and i'm missing about half an inch on the corner due to what I would describe as a less than perfect wrap on the corner. Very disappointing.
