I used them once and the women "deep" cleaned 3 rooms and one bathroom. It took her five hours and it was not done well. She did not even have to do the Kitchen as it was already clean. They were hired to come weekly at 11:30 am and messaged me to tell me they will be here at 8:30 am????? They do not yet know they are fired.
Overpriced service and they did a terrible job. Geaux Maids offers a “200% satisfaction guarantee.” but stopped responding to my emails after telling me they would send someone out to redo the terrible cleaning job they did.UPDATE: I see the response Geaux Maids left in the comment below but it’s been two months and they STILL have not responded about coming back for a second cleaning ????????????

Do not use. This is what a 400 dollar "deep clean" will get you from this company. Also, when I was called back after lodging my complaint, I was given a discount of only 80 bucks! I had to spend another 3 hours cleaning all of the things they didn't even touch!
