I called & spoke to Brittani who was very nice, came out & gave an in-home estimate for rekeying 4 doors, 7 locks altogether. I went with a different company bc I thought their quote came under ACME but I learned a hard lesson. There was a miscommunication with the other companies quote bc it was over the phone & not in person. When the other company came out to do the job that’s when I found out it was $40 more than what ACME quoted. I’m giving ACME 5 stars because of their kindness, quick in home free estimate & willing to come same day. I’m sorry I didn’t choose them. I will in the future!!

I highly recommend Acme! Kelly was professional and did a fantastic job on a difficult door/door jam. My house was previously a rental and the door had been shaved down and it would blow open w high winds -not safe! Kelly installed a new deadbolt for me and now I'm safe and secure in my home.

The service is good and they're here as soon as we call. But what I HIGHLY recommend is having invoices sent to customers emails and also pay that invoice online. I went to go cut my hair at SUPERCUTS on Jefferson Hwy. And they had self-check in, instead of paper. So, with that being said Please consider taking this suggestion as an important part of saving energy, trees for the habitats, pollution, and atmosphere.

They were polite, very timely and somehow the most affordable option. Very fair prices and excellent service. I was going to get charged $150 - $200 with other lock smiths for something that costed me $50 here. It shows that these folks have integrity and I appreciate that. I will recommend them in the future. I believe it was Brandon who helped me out.

Old Royal Castle Store Number 8 location. I love the Royal Castle name still on the sidewalk in front of the store. Employees are friendly, they know exactly what I was looking for and they've been able to help me every visit.
