They do a good job but charge really high. They replaced a switch on my washer which ended charging me $450. Most repair companies waive diagnostic fee if you use them to do the repair, but Hitman don’t.

I had the absolute pleasure of having Jeremy come and fix my unit (the control board and thermostats). He was VERY responsive and VERY knowledgeable. He took pictures of the issue and of the solution (which I truly appreciated). After he left, the unit decided it wouldn’t cool (my thermostats were not working with my system). I texted Jeremy and he came back the next day-no questions asked. He solved the problem and the unit has been functioning since. He called 2 days later to check to make sure everything was still working properly. That’s the BEST part! I definitely trust his work and WILL be using him again!!! I’m sooo happy I found someone who is knowledgeable, with reasonable prices and amazing follow up service!!
