From dream to a reality! Justin, Ian, Kayla & crew were phenomenal to work with! Any need or want that arose, they delivered! We enjoyed getting to know the whole crew while on the job. They all kept us informed and educated & continue to give the best customer service with weekly pool service! Nothing beats staying local! You won’t regret using Coastal Pool Company!!! Now come on summertime!!! We can’t wait to live in our pool!
Horrible experience.
Was the first sunken above ground pool they did and was assured that they could handle the job and that it would be done right. This was not the case. The pool was left unlevel, they came back drained it and re-did it as well as making me get some foam bottom. Pool was still unlevel and I was told over the phone by the owner that they had bigger jobs to worry about then to come and get my little 2 thousand dollar job to my liking. Was also told they would just give me my money back if that's what I wanted which didn't happen either. So am now stuck with an unlevel pool as well as being able to see and feel every footing brace that's under the pool.

Extremely pleased with the installation of the new pool heater. The guys were very professional and courteous. And they hauled off the old pool heater. I’m always pleased with Coastal Pool. Company. They have always done a great job for us!!!

Great company to have building our pool. Always in touch with us ever step of the process. I wouldn't trust anyone else to build our pool. Stay local.

After much anticipation and waiting, we actually got bumped up in the schedule, our pool was done. It came out just like we wanted and had all the bells & whistles we wanted. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and hard working. Before everything got started we had a final prep meeting with Ian and Kayla. Plans were made and the whole process was laid out. Other than a couple weather issues, the timeline was pretty on point. Step by step we were always involved. Questions were asked, minor changes here and there, but nothing was changed without approval from us. Anytime I was concerned about small things, we talked and came to a conclusion. The whole process was interesting to watch and extremely easy. Well, except for choosing colors for tiles and what-not. So much is out there, it took a couple months to finally pick what we liked.
In the end, I was told if I ever need anything, to call/text or swing by shop. That is something others don't do from stories I've heard.
All in all. Great company, awesome finished product, great people to work with. If you are in the market for a pool, no matter what kind, you should at least give them a call. Stay local people you will not be disappointed.

Coastal Pool Company made the process extremely easy. Everything was done in a professional manner, and any questions we had big or small were always answered. We are very pleased and satisfied with the quality of work and the finished product. We love our pool and would recommend this company to anyone.

We were truly pleased with our experience with Coastal Pools. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The crew was hard working and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Coastal Pools for all of your swimming pool needs.

Justin, Kayla and Ian were first class for the beginning. We signed contract in June of 21 and Hurricane IDA hit the week before we were supposed to start construction. Due to house damage we had to put off pool construction until July of 22’. Even with cost of labor and everything else rising over the year, they held to our contracted price from the year prior. They did that without even having a discussion. Truly impressive! Then construction started and Ian (who might seriously be the hardest working person I’ve ever met in my life) was phenomenal in keeping me informed. Since we finished construction we have had a few service items needed done and they have been prompt and professional every time. If I’m spending a bunch of money on something, this is the type of company I want handling it. Thanks for y’all hard work and helping make our dream for pool ownership come true

I want to give a HUGE overdue shoutout to Coastal Pool Company for the A++++ job they did on replastering our pool after the storm. As new homeowners with a pool, we had NO idea where to start with even properly maintaining and caring for our pool. After the storm, we were completely overwhelmed with the damages. Coastal Pool company came in and got the job DONE! The whole crew is extremely professional and they educated us along the way. They even helped us with dealing with our insurance company! They are now our forever pool crew!
