Would not recommend. In august my husband and I went through the store a picked out the countertops we wanted in our new build. After one month of not hearing back, I stopped by the store in September and walking though the pieces we picked had tags with our name. Brian was not there, emailed him and still no answers. It’s now November and when I called to talk to the manager, they no longer have the pieces we picked out. Such a waste of time and now having to start over! I’ve had people try to warn me about this same problem others experienced.

Recently we had our master bathroom remodel and the entire house tiled. We worked with Anthony for tile selection and grout. He is very knowledgeable. During the work we had Lorenzo as our project manager. He was very communicative and checked in regularly with us. We visited the other major tile companies in the area and by far this was the best price for the entire job, shower glass included. They also took care of moving the large furniture pieces as the job progressed. If you in the market for tile work definitely stop by United tile.

I do not recommend doing any business with this company. I had a very bad experience with them on a kitchen remodel. Their workers damaged a new countertop. We complained, never got anywhere, finally a worker came to "repair" the damage - it looked just as horrible. After a month of not hearing from them, I called and asked to speak to the owner and all of a sudden the man we had been working with called me back - blaming the damage on us or other workers in the house. All in all, it was a terrible experience - Do not use them!

United Tile was hired by my builder, DSLD to install carpet and tile in my home. In October my carpet was damaged and needed repaired. My carpet has since been discontinued. I contacted United Tile in early November and was going to use my master closet carpet for the repair and put new carpet in the closet. Was told they would do this the week of Thanksgiving. I called the week before and left a message to find out the cost. Still no returned call the week of Thanksgiving. Contacting my builder to let them know that the company they hired does not seem to care about repeat customers.

If you want professional tile or granite installed, this is the place to go! Donna helped coordinate colors of tile, decorative glass, grout, and granite. She met me at the Bossier location and helped me until I found the piece of granite I LOVE that would blend with the tile my husband chose! Andrew at the Bossier location was also very helpful and nice. Brian would assist me if Donna was unavailable. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful (the nice man that came to measure, the two gentlemen that came to make the template, Lorenzo, the supervisor, Daniel Norman, (helped with changes to the bill because of changes I made) and the installers. The tile installers, Martin & Roberto are truly experts at their job. Martin is a perfectionist and professional tile installer and I could not be more pleased with my shower and floor. Leo installed my granite and made sure I was 100% happy before he left. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I recommend United Tile 100%.

I would recommend United Tile for any tile/ floor/ counter work needed. We had damage to our home after one of the floods and Donna, Jeff, Jason and their crews were great to work with. Donna did an awesome job at design and the work was done for the price quoted with no complications. We also had them help with our son's new home and the work was great there also.
