Only because I had to have a number, I would give them 0. Called them to service my generator that’s right easy service…. Working fine prior to service. Ma’am you need a new battery, ok.After supposedly putting new battery 250. still not working… oh you need a new starter 450…. Still not working. I can have you a new one out for 9500. ??I bet you can, fast forward to Gentec, we can fix it, they cut wires that shouldn’t have been cut???Butler say oh he no longer works for me. It cost us 1980$ to fix your wrong doing. Call Gentec and ask for Eason if you need generator needs.
