So after several texts back and forth, Matt has rectified the situation with many apologies and by sending techs out to take care of the issue at no cost to my daughter. In the end, I can only do what our Lord does on a regular basis and that is to forgive him his wrongdoings. We are all imperfect and need to learn to treat each other as we would like to be treated. I'm pleased that Matt is treating my daughter better now and hope this experience has been a lesson learned.
I personally have not done business with this company but my daughter has and as a business owner myself, I am astonished at the way she was spoken to in text. I read through the other reviews dating from 6 years ago to the present and it seems like a continual practice for the owner, Matt Roberts to be rude, non communicative, and dishonest. I am writing this review as a parent and a business owner of 22 years. I first do not appreciate my daughter being cursed at or put blame on for excuses he made as to why he could not get back to her for almost 4 months. It's funny that all of a sudden he had time to text when she told him not to bother getting back to her as she would take care of the situation herself. Then goes on a rude rant saying that whoever she uses will most likely be out of business by the end of the year and giving excuses as to why he could not make a phone call. If I ran my business this way I would not have a business. I honestly do not know how anyone could put their hard earned money in this company's pocket. Unfortunately in order to post this I have to give at least one star or else I would not give any at all. I pray that this man learns some humility and appreciation for what God is providing him.
I wouldn't recommend this company for anything!!!! Trying to get them out to do repairs and it's one excuse after another.

Incredible customer service the manager, Leanna , is amazing This company made me feel like I truly matter. It’s rare to get this customer service experience. 10/10.
Truly the definition of going above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Dont use this company. Dont trust them. He will take your money then spend the next 6 months making excuses for why he wont finish the job. He even told me he already spent the deposit I gave him and doesn’t have enough cash flow to finish the job. He should be out of business. Now I have to get lawyers involved as promise after promise is broken.

AWFUL! Never in the office, never answers calls, and when I argued with him about not calling me for one month regarding broken panels, I got paragraph after paragraph of unprofessional and slanderous statements. He gets his $35,000 and then he disappears. Now says he will have the warranty voided and then proceeded with a rant of personal and untrue statements. I have included one paragraph, verbatim:
"I will go ahead and contact the manufacturers of the ownership change so they know the warranty is voided.
Have a great evening.
Its bad enough you stole from your dad a few years ago and now are reaping the benefits of his hard work. Yes, I know about what you did to your dad. Really? You are that greedy? He use to come in daily and tell me all about you and your pentecostal boyfriend or the husband with the pill addiction. Sad!"
Yes, this was sent by text from Matthew Allen Roberts, owner of One Planet Solar. Use another company. Ask anyone that has used him. Drive by his office any day and see if he is there. Call and see if he answers. Google him. Arrested twice for fraud. Hope this helps.
