I changed to Trash Rangers because the competitor kept going up every quarter on the rate. They said because of fuel cost but back when fuel went down for 4 years during the previous admin. the bill didn't go down. SO, Trash Rangers has not gone up since I started with them. I hope they will get more customers in my area to make it more worthwhile for them to drive all the way to my house which is a bit out of the way for them. Thank you for great service at a great rate.

We have only been using them for just over 6 months now and so far so good. We have no complaints with service. I am pleased that I get a text reminder to put our trash out on Tuesdays for Wednesday pickup. We will recommend TrashRanger to others.

This company does what is promised. Trash Rangers provides consistent, quality service without missing pickups. If there is a missed pickup, they send someone out the same day to empty the receptacle. If you call, you get a local person that provides great service.

I changed banks recently and since trash rangers is a quarterly billed service I forgot to update my info. My payment was made Sunday. Monday morning when I didn’t see a pending transaction I immediately called to notify trash rangers of the error. The representative said looking at your account it appears your AMEX credit card was billed and you now have a zero balance. The next day I get an emailed bill for the $83.xx plus a $25.00 NSF fee. I was pissed since I just called 2 days to resolve the wrong account being charged. They were not willing to compromise with the $25.00 fee so I requested to cancel my service. The representative said you are paid until the end of June. Would you like us to pick you can up today. I said sure if you want to prorate the next few weeks that are paid for. He said that’s not possible. *What a dishonest company. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, not only did they lie (I record my calls since I’m prior law enforcement) I made an honest effort to correct the mistake and then they want to take the can (that I paid for through June) weeks early. What a rip off. Never again trash rangers. Never again.

I switched to Trash Rangers from another highly unreliable (name omitted) company that could not seem to have one week of consistent service recently. I have done my homework on Trash Rangers and others around here for when (not if) I was going to switch. The whole process with Trash Rangers was seamless and easy to go through online. Their prices are competitive with other options in the area and the one time I needed customer service, it was accessible and pleasurable. The text message the night before pickup is very helpful as I can be forgetful sometimes when it comes to putting the can to the street. So far, after a few weeks, I have no complaints!
