Rented me a trailer and hitch….. they did not put a pin in the ball receiver latch, trailer came off and messed up my bumper.. they blamed it on me. They know nothing about their equipment nor safety.

I rented a mini excavator from Bonny's in Abington last week, the entire process was a lot easier than I was expecting it to be. The Store Manager/Customer Service guy Sean made the whole experience run smooth and easy.. It was 100% hassle-free, literally no stress at all. I was a little overwhelmed and thought I'd be over my head with operating this thing but Sean's knowledge of the equipment and customer-first attitude made a huge difference. He even stuck around late after the store "officially" closed to wait for me to drop off the excavator as I was unable to do so the next day.. Thank you Sean, thank you Bonny's! I will definitely be back in the future..
