Bill and his crew were awesome! They arrived at my home early and Bill helped address all of my questions both before and after the work was done. He was personable and able to explain things to me in a way that I, someone who knows nothing about roofing, could understand. Communication was great throughout the day and everything looks fantastic.

Working with Greater Boston Roofing was wonderful and the end results are fantastic. Lisa was excellent at communicating with us as clients to help us understand our options and what to expect as the project progressed. Greater Boston Roofing runs like a well-oiled machine! From the initial estimate to the finished roof, we were impressed. Lisa provided timely and clear information that helped us get the ball rolling. Peter ran the job with efficiency and consideration. The crew who did the work was amazing! They are fast, thorough and left the site nice and clean. They even resettled the nest of baby bunnies that they discovered. We would recommend Greater Boston Roofing to our friends.

Would recommend to everyone! Very professional job, looks great, and they left everything immaculate. Our roof is very complicated and they completed the job on time and on budget. Peter was an amazing site supervisor and Lisa in the main office was helpful with questions and scheduling. Alex was a star from following up immediately to my first call, to creating an accurate estimate, to advising on product selection to making sure we had the top crew!

This team was amazing! Snow and freezing weather can’t stop them. They all knew their jobs and went to it. Non stop for over 7 hours. No breaks. These guys are working machines! I was cold and tired just watching them. A fantastic job all around. Great communication on the products and scheduling and what the job entails!
Definitely going to use them again if we ever need roofing done.
UPDATE: Well through no fault of the installation, the old skylights were leaking, so they have to go. With all this wind and rain this season the rain found its way into the house. We were cheap on the first quote to replace them when they suggested it within the quote, our fault. SO I reached out to GBR, Worked with them, they came out within the week, actually the next day once we had a plan, and gave us a price to replace 3 that we could not refuse. Installed on a nice day, TG, just before the 4 day rainy forecast ahead.
So a HUGE thank you to the Installation Team & Alex and Lisa for being so helpful.
My word of advice to home owners & potential customers, listen to them and if you have skylights, just spend the extra money to replace them when they install your new roof. We didn't go with the expensive motor crank obese skylights. Our old ones were broken and never worked since we moved in, we replaced them with fixed no crank low profile skylights. I will update with pictures once they are done.

I had a great experience with Greater Boston Roofing! I recently had them do a major roof replacement on an apartment building I own in Manchester, NH. It was a very complicated job, with many different roof planes with varying layers of old roof materials to remove, including 10s of thousands of pounds of slate! I also had some leaking and water damage around some of the chimneys, which they removed and now I am happy to say there’s no more water damage. Considering the very challenging scope of work, they did an outstanding job. From the beginning, their quote was extremely detailed, transparent and fairly priced; in fact it was the lowest quote I got amongst the comparable companies I spoke with. The roofing materials they use are top of the line Owens Cornings products. They promised me a very fast turnaround time to complete the job, which they not only delivered on, but exceeded. They did the job in 4 very efficient days, where their crew worked their tails off from sunup to sundown, on freezing days in the middle of February no less. They are a well-oiled machine, and clearly have good systems in place. The supervisors Bill and Andrew excelled in their communication. Same with the owner, Alex, who was a pleasure to work with and makes it a top priority to accommodate the client and deliver on what he promises. The end result is a roof that now only looks immaculate but will hopefully yield decades of peace of mind for my cherished rental property. I would highly recommend GBR to anyone looking for a great roof replacement experience, top to bottom, at a reasonable price!
