Johan in sales was very helpful after being told I couldn’t find a 10” rough one piece toilet by a couple of competitors he went above and beyond to find a suitable toilet for the project. I’m grateful he went the extra mile to source the toilet I needed, he did research and special-ordered one for me, called me the next day with lead times and pricing - he helped me out in a pinch when others didn’t feel like getting into it - a credit to Webb’s outstanding reputation.

Extremely overpriced. I don't know how they stay in business. I went in for a check valve and was told it was $160. I said no thanks. Went down the street and bought the exact same valve for $25.

Not the best service, at least as a homeowner with a "smaller" project. Contacted this showroom to source my fixtures for a 6x6 Bathroom remodel. Was immediately contacted by a sales person to set up an appointment. Went in and put together a quote. The showroom is beautiful and the employees were friendly. Our sales rep was good enough - put together a quote but wasn't too helpful with design advice. Left the showroom with a partial quote (needed to get some additional measurements and planned to come back with my paint and tile samples). Second visit, the sales rep clearly did not prep for our appointment. She didn't have any of my quote information up and totally forgot about the part we needed additional measurements for. Left the second appointment with another partial quote as our shower door was going to be custom and she would need to reach out to the glass vendor for a quote. After a week of not hearing back I emailed my sales rep asking if she had heard back from the glass vendor. She responded with "remind me again of the measurements, glass finish, and vendor we went with"... it became very clear to me at that time that this sales rep had no interest in my project... perhaps because to them a $3K isn't worth the time and effort. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been coming here for many years for all of my plumbing supplies. I don’t think you could find a better or more knowledgeable group at the counter here ready to assist you. They have a great humorous attitude to help you get through the day. A truly hard working group committed to serving the customer..And hey ! To top it off they have free popcorn !
