We had the pleasure of hiring Rich and his team at Central Mass Cleanouts to finish the task of cleaning my Dad's house out after he passed away on July 4th. My family had lived in this house since 1955 so there was quite a vast collection of "stuff". 2 things that were very important to us were punctuality and quality of work. Rich and his team knocked it out of the park on both fronts. We arranged to meet in Hudson at 1:00pm for a review and estimate and Rich pulled into the driveway at 12:59pm and greeted me with a handshake and a smile (and this was the Friday of Labor Day weekend BTW). It took about 20-30 minutes and he committed to get me an estimate later that day. Sure enough the estimate arrived that evening and we hired him and his team after reviewing his very reasonable proposal. We agreed to the folllowing Thursday around 10:30am and sure enough the guys and the truck were there on time once again. The crew worked like a NASCAR pit crew and did an absolutely amazing job and finished up within 15 minutes of his estimate of a 4 hour engagement. I can't say enough good things about Rich and his amazing crew. Thanks so much for your efforts and I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for your next cleanout need! Steve McCarthy

Rich and his team performed a relatively small, but much needed basement clean out at my home. From the moment I reached out to him, Rich was kind, courteous, and efficient. He was at my house the next day to provide an estimate, and completed the job the following week while being considerate of my own schedule and availability. He saved me time, energy, and money compared to the hassle of renting a dumpster, and I’m so glad I decided to give him a call! I’d highly recommend Central Mass Cleanouts to anyone looking to spare themselves a headache for clean up jobs big or small.

Central Mass Cleanouts helped up get rid of a couple pieces of furniture. Rich was easy to deal with, was great with communication, and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Rich and his crew!

Rich and his crew were excellent. The price was lower than I thought it would be. They all worked so hard in 90 degree heat.. Everyone was so nice and polite. Demolished/ removed a shed and cleaned out basement. Highly recommend them!!

I had the best experience with Rich and his team. After consolidating two homes into one, using my basement as a storage space it was time to purge. Rich was very responsive to all inquiries, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and showed up when he said he would. The team completed the task in record time and were very professional. I will be calling them again for future jobs. I highly recommend Central Mass Cleanouts.
