We had a plumbing emergency (overflowing toilets) in our newly purchased house. Roto Rooter got someone out Saturday night for an initial assessment and was able to get a team out first things Sunday to diagnose the problem, including using a snake camera to show us the problems (sewer line completely underwater, causing all our issues). Michael and Romaine were so knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention sympathetic to our problem and got repairs scheduled next day so we would be able to use the facilities again. We recommend Roto Rooter for any plumbing emergency you have!
