Highly impressed with this company's timely response, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and efficiency. I saw they were the only company with 53 5-star reviews at the time of my google search. Someone actually answered the phone promptly on a Saturday morning and said someone would be there on Monday even though they were fully booked as they didn't want me without the ability to use my garage. As promised, they showed up on Monday and promptly fixed my garage door springs. They were transparent with the pricing, which was reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We needed a new motor for our existing door and Andy’s team replaced it quickly for a good price. We had an issue (unrelated to the motor) come up with our door a few weeks after, and Andy answered my call on a Saturday and was out to help fix the door within 2 hours. He is responsive, reliable, and trustworthy. It is rare to see businesses with *only* 5 star reviews and he deserves every one.

I had a fantastic experience with Tri-Valley and Andy Parker. He came out on a Monday, took a look at our current doors, gave us great options for a cost-effective solution, and was back the following Friday for the install. The install took around 3.5 hours with Andy working hard as a one-man crew. The finished product looks flawless - exactly what we wanted and a VERY good value for what we paid. All in all, I could not recommend Tri-Valley (Andy Parker, specifically) enough.

We had Tri-Valley out to replace a mysteriously broken door...( ok I backed into it) They were responsive, reasonably priced and had great communication. ( He didn't even laugh at me.. a plus) Andy sent a reminder about the install date, then showed up ontime and made short work of it. Installed 2 new doors in a blink. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of the installation and operation of the doors.. ( I ask a lot of stupid questions & again, he didn't laugh!) I highly reccomend these guys for any overhead door replacement.. I hear he does commercial doors too!
