Dan took excellent care of us! We were moving to a new house in Beverly and Dan worked with us to do the installation on the exact day we planned. He was patient and knowledgable. It's been a few years, and we are very happy with the value of carpet we received!
We did not have experience replacing carpet. Dan took care of everything. Seriously, do not look any further than Northshore Carpet! We tried Lowes and they made us so confused! Then our friends recommended Northshore. Wow, they were right, Dan guided us through the entire process. When he came to our home to get the floor measurements he offered solutions. The end result is would could not be happier! The stairs, hall and bedrooms look absolutely stunning! We have that new home smell again! They even got rid of the stinky old rugs. He made all that brain damage vanish and for the amount of work it was reasonable price. Thanks a million Dan!

I can’t say enough good things about North Shore Carpet! We needed a runner for the stairs of our split level and Dan and the team took great care of us! I was impressed with the selection and reasonable costs, and North Shore was able to get our carpet installed in less than a week! Our whole family (especially the dog) are very grateful!
