I hired them to come in monthly gave them the specs of my apartment including two bathrooms. The called me before and said that they didnt realize I had two bathrooms and said their quote was for one. I agreed to a higher charge. They come to the apartment and again say they thought it was one bathroom. I talked with someone in the office and they said that if I was going monthly, they would honor the agreed upon quote. The fourth time they came, they again said they had me as only one bathroom. I called the office and they said they would have to charge me $40 extra. I relayed that they cannot just upcharge me after being here three previous times and the guy responded "What you can't afford the $40?" At that point, we terminated the agreement and they left. (Keep in mind I tipped them every time as well, including the fourth time when no work was preformed.)
Also, the first time they came they had four people, then three, then two, and the last one only one person came.
These guys were great! Very professional, well priced, responsible, and prompt. They did a great job very quickly.
Good customer service - I noticed a small area that was understandably missed and the team came back the next day to clean it, and were very accommodating!

Kesiah and Yumara were excellent! I had to have cleaning done, as soon as possible due to an emergency. They were on time, professional, did a wonderful job deep cleaning. They were pleasant, kind, and the price was so reasonable. I would recommend this two girls for cleaning to anyone in a minute. I hope these fine ladies do well in this business. They saved me!

Wow! What a fantastic job they did. Scheduling was easy they were on time, professional and did an amazing job; a company I will definitely use again and again.

I hired them for the first time on 9/1. They came right at the scheduled time, started the cleaning right away. The workers were well coordinated with each other and after they finished cleaning in the time slot they promised the whole house looked like a new house. I would definitely hire them again for the next cleaning job. It was worth the money and the time. I am totally satisfied with their work. Great job, Dmaidspro!
