F.W. Webb was able to help us pick out a new kitchen faucet. We liked that they had many faucets hooked up to plumbing so that you could actually try the features. Our faucet arrived quickly when we ordered it and F.W. Webb had the best prices in town. As a bonus, they have a warehouse of parts on their first floor, so they can supply certain parts same-day. We will return to shop there for our fixtures in the future. If you want sales help, make sure you schedule an appointment as they get busy on weekends.
If I could give a zero star I would, this place is always the slowest and to me seems like the workers hate there job and don’t care one bit about anything, worst Webb I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to them all

We worked with Doreen after getting sent here by our contractor for plumbing fixtures. Doreen was great and super patient with us from start to finish! Highly recommend her and the store.

Do not buy stuff here. A FW Webb's clerk Doreen has been working with contracting crooks, who sent us there to choose our finishing materials. We went to FW Webb, because our contractor said we can get a discount if we buy with his account at FW Webb. She created a fictitious order, which enabled the contractors to collect money from us upfront to pay for that order. After we asked her if she got the check for our order, she said not yet, but she trusts the contractor, creating an air or legitimacy around them. Two months later she still hasn't received a check (she claimed she doesn't know as it could have been sent to the front office). After confronting her and taking to her superior, they confirmed that our contractors never put the order in! We asked her to provide this confirmation in writing, however the clerk and her General Manager refused to do so as it was the contractor's account, not ours (even though we spent a day with them choosing materials, and have email trail confirming changes to the order). In the end, because of FW Webb's dubious business practices, we lost a lot of money.

Products are good quality but we’ve found the service to be incredibly slow 2x. We received good service when in the show room to discuss options but the follow through to actually place our order was incredibly slow. Over a week just to see the order details and that was with daily follow ups including phone calls and emails. There are no prices shared in store so you have nothing to really work off of until the clerk sends the order info. Do not recommend this location.
